Stock-back rewards → tradeable claims

Scan.Prove.Own.

Every stock-back reward is a locked, conditional equity claim, because the purchase can be refunded.

Zen makes that claim a tradeable asset and creates the first onchain market that prices consumer refund risk, settled on Monad.

Why Monad

Refund risk,priced and settled.

A stock-back reward can't be yours until the return window closes. Zen turns that wait into a market: the claim trades while it is locked, and the price of an early exit is the price of refund risk.

  • Sub-second finality

An instant exit is actually instant: once your wallet signs, the sale is final in about a second.

  • Cheap per-claim settlement

Every claim is minted, sold, voided or settled on its own. No batching, no waiting for a cheaper hour.

  • Plain EVM

Solidity contracts, EIP-712 attestations, ECDSA signatures. Nothing exotic to audit.

  1. 01

    Verified purchase

A merchant-signed receipt (or an attested entry) is checked once and hashed. No personal data goes on-chain.

  2. 02

    Conditional claim

Mock tokenized equity is escrowed in an ERC-721 claim, locked for the return window: 5–10 minute demo windows on testnet, 14–30 days in production.

  3. Sell

    Instant exit

Sell the locked claim to the brand's LP pool at a discount, today. The pool now carries the refund risk.

    Void

    Refund proven

A refund proven before unlock voids the claim. The escrow returns to the sponsor; the holder gets nothing.

    Settle

    Window closes

After unlock, anyone can settle. The escrowed equity goes to whoever holds the claim.

Evidence

Not every proofproves the same thing.

  1. 1Live demo

    Merchant-signed demo receipt

Signature verified: no field changed since the merchant signed it. The merchant itself is simulated, not a real partner.

  2. 2Live demo

    Attested photo / OCR

Read from a photo or typed, then signed by the demo attester. That a real purchase happened is not independently established.

  3. 3Roadmap

    Verified payment / order evidence

Proof from the payment or order source itself (e.g. zkTLS). Roadmap, not implemented.
